Reccer’s Note: Despite the title of the song being a word I associate with the late 2010s through 2020s, there's an uncanny nostalgia to both the song and visuals. It really feels like it's from 14 years ago, not (as of posting) 10 days ago.I wonder if people more familiar with classic vocaloid will get the same impression.

You'd probably have more experience than I would in judging the visuals... I guess the drawing of Rin just reminded me a lot of my (admittedly hazy) memories of when Oekaki boards were popular...

As someone with very little knowledge of the modern vocaloid scene and loves listening to the same songs from a decade or two ago over and over, this song sounds old. The illustration is just a bit too high quality, but if it got jpeg'd to hell and back I'd think the picture is old too. Very cute! I like it :3

The song 100% sounds like classic VOCALOID songs, but like the other commenters said, the visuals look modern, mainly because the image isn't super compressed.

How the lyrics show up on the video is similar to how a lot of old VOCALOID songs would show their lyrics.
